Sports teams are eager to take their performance to the next level and can benefit from sports performance club clinic training. Building on the fundamentals, High Level Sports Performance sports-specific team training applies the science of athletic development with a deep knowledge of what it takes to excel at your chosen sport. The SPCC training is tailored to the athlete, the sport and the team whereby it is delivered in the setting that best meets your goals, whether it’s on your team’s practice field or Small group clinic or individual sessions can also be arranged be it in school grounds or club grounds.

Our Team Training is custom designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sports teams. Training sessions are typically conducted at the team’s training facility and focus primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development to meet the needs and goals of the team coach. The camaraderie among team members helps develop accountability for performance during training. Team members remind each other why they are putting in the extra effort beyond routine practice to develop their skills and meet their team goals.

Team members are tested before and after training and typically see measurable improvements in speed, agility, strength or other aspects of performance that have been focused on during training. It’s not unusual for a team to achieve a high level of performance in their season after training, winning leagues or tournaments and competing at the advanced level.

Teams typically train together during the pre-season two times a week. We offer great flexibility in scheduling to fit the team’s needs, along with the convenience of either training on site of the team’s practice location, schools and club teams can both benefit from training. As a Sports Science-based program, injury prevention is the primary focus of training for every athletic level and every sport. Injured players can’t compete, so avoiding injury is the number-one goal and the greatest benefit of high performance training.
With the foundation of safety in mind, sports-specific training, plyometric built in athleticism and develops the specific skills needed to perform at the highest level and excel at your chosen sport.

Low Cost, High Benefit

Coming as a team allows for training that focuses on the exact needs of a team, but costs less than training each athlete individually. We coordinate with coaches to see what the team needs to improve on and build a program that focuses specifically on those areas.

Building Leaders

Team training sessions helps to identify and shape the leaders on a team. Great leaders can rally a team to compete at a high level and redirect the energy and mind-set of team positively and grow as a unit.

Full Customisation

Team training is completely designed to the needs of the team we are training. We work with teams as often as they need, on whatever they need, any time of the year. HL-SP offers options for teams to train together on a set schedule over the course of their season, as well as options for them to sign up as team and train at their convenience as small groups or individuals.

Agility

Move quicker and be more efficient and confident down and around the field, arena or court. Agility training sessions help train athletes to get where they need to be efficiently. Great agility is the most vital element of nearly every sport.

Strength

Build those muscles and channel them to the competition. Our strength training programs focus on building the functional strength of teams, so they can apply power to any of their activities. Strength training programs aid in the general athleticism of any athlete.

Plyometric

Make each workout explosive with plyometric sessions. Plyometrics focus on improving an athlete’s ability to engage the full force of their muscle for short bursts. This allows linemen to explode off the line faster and netball player’s to jump higher.

Qualified Coach

Every High Level Sport Performance coach has a degree and is a certified professional, experienced with training athletes at all levels.
