The young age (7years – 11years)

The young age (7 years – 11 years), during this important time in a child’s life, youth athletes are in their “skill-hungry” years. The body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns. The Youth program is conducted in an hour sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment.

This is the stage where fundamental sport movement skills; an Active Start from the age of U/7 is introduced. Our curriculum places a high priority on athletic coordination, balance, speed, relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns.
Speed is an essential part of all game. Athletes have grown with a bad habit, and like they said ‘’bad habits die hard’’. Correcting an athlete’s bio-mechanics, running techniques, range of motion, knee drive, arm stroke and body coordination requires an expert in this area of speciality.

Implementation of advanced equipment such as parachutes, Resistance belt, lateral belt, tera band, speed gates and so on will be implemented to make sure the athletes get the best in high quality training and developing out quick results for a great season. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

The Accelerating Age (12years – 15years)

The Accelerating Age (12 years – 15 years), athletes have discovered the importance of developing neuromuscular patterns. Athletic fundamentals begin to be developed and directed towards athletic skill application in our LTAD program. This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, flexibility and explosive power. This leads to permanent and positive athletic change in all aspects of their game.

The inclusion of Strength and Power training during the 60 minute sessions provides benefits in two ways. First, proper movement techniques with increased force production lead to maximised potential. Secondly, as athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength and aggressiveness, the need for improved joint integrity is vital for reducing the risk of injury.

The Competitive age (16years upward)

The Competitive age (16 years upward), this is a stage where athletes have developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. For LTAD second level athletes, technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are provided. In essence, each athlete is optimised according to their biggest areas of improvement. During the 60 minute sessions, training begins to resemble sporting demands. The programs focus on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery. We provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on Strength, Muscular Endurance and Power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimise power output. At this level, the athlete is fully polished and his performance is at a prime level.

The training sessions include sports performance training, high performance training, speed training, goal oriented training, and plyometric training. It’s simply the next level of training.
